Kyle Riecker, Aka Egzail has been in the DJ circuit since 2000, direktly influenced by the Vibrant Soundz events of the Hideaway, in Utica NY. After looking in awe at these old skool DJs he became obsessed with the rave culture and soon was picking up the art of DJing himself. Taught by Mike Dwyer, a jungle DJ from NYC, Egzail baught his first decks and was on his way. Moving to Florida in 2002, he began holding a rotating residency at the Alpha Bar in Orlando Fl, picking up some down south flava. The grass is always greener, however. Moving back to Upstate in 2004, Egzail met up with his old homies from the day, and was pleased to learn that they were now throwing events in the Utica/ Upstate region. Signing on with Resonance/Direkt Influence, Egzail had found his permenant home. It was shortly after that the DI crew threw its first (although slightly Illegal) major event at Art Space. Although Egzail has kept low key as a DJ, he has continuously held down local house parties and similar underground events. This is a name you will never see fade off into memory - Egzail and Direkt Influence will keep plugging away at the local party scene till death do us part.
