Hinckley Resevoir, Upstate NY
Residents in the local hamlet of Hinckley are now speaking out about something strange that has been happening in and around Hinckley Resevoir; the city of Utica's primary water source.
Over the past several months 18 wheelers carrying unmarked holding tanks have been reportedly arriving at night, and unloading an unknown liquid into the reservoir.
A resident of Hinckley, who wishes to remain unnamed; reported that this has been going on by the cover of night for at least 3 months. It is unclear what is being added to the water, and also who is responsible. When notified of the suspected illegal dumping; EPA officials stated that they would open an investigation into the matter.
However, several weeks have passed and according to the locals; the trucks keep coming.
"It's the strangest thing we've seen around these parts in a long time. The trucks are painted totally black, and don't have any markings or license plates. This is a small town so these things are hard to keep a secret. (It) makes you wonder what the government isn't telling us."
It is hard to overlook the possible connection between the city of Utica's strange colored tap-water and the seemingly unusual covert happenings at Hinckley Reservoir. State and city officials declined to comment. |

8/31/2011 BREAKING NEWS
After this summer's record number of reported deaths due to the Naegleria Fowleri Amoeba; there is new concern over the safety of the country's water supply.
After extensive preliminary testing the CDC reported that 36 out of the 50 states had significantly higher populations of the microorganism than in past years. The levels are so high that the CDC has it listed on it's official website as a potential epidemic and has also issued warnings to the states that were found to have prolific numbers of them. In addition, the CDC has filed an official health warning report with the World Health Organization. (WHO)
The amoeba "bloom" could be contributed to many factors; the record setting heat wave in the south, the torrential flooding in the north and mid west, and most recently; Hurricane Irene. Whatever the cause; health officials are concerned that the amount of Meningitis related deaths is going to reach a staggering level due to this nefarious single celled creature.
This is most concerning to the states of New York and Vermont; as they suffered some of the worst flooding and water systems destruction from last weekend's storm- and in some parts local government officials and FEMA are still assessing the damage.
Surprisingly, no boil water orders have been issued as of yet in response to the "Zombie Amoeba Epidemic", as some conspiracy theorists and science fiction enthusiasts have labeled it.

BREAKING NEWS 9/2/2011
The death toll continues to rise in the United States; however not from the usual suspects associated with natural disasters. In New York State alone, there are now over 100 reported fatalities that have been linked to Amoebic Meningitis. Nationally, the numbers are much higher; nearly a thousand.
It appears as if it's not safe to go in the water. Any type of fresh water, WHO (The World Health Organization) warned. The CDC, FEMA and the NCDC claims to be working collectively on a liquid dispersant that will work in a similar fashion to that used for neutralizing Mosquito born illnesses.
The challenge is that lethal chemicals are typically used to kill off invasive or dangerous species cannot be applied to our nation's lakes, rivers, and water supplies safely.
A national boil water order is in effect. This is an unprecedented step by the Federal Government. We'll continue to follow this developing story. |

BREAKING NEWS 9/5/2011
It appears that the United States has curbed a potential epidemic caused by the Naegleria Fowleri Amoeba; aka "The Brain Eating Amoeba".
The nation breathes a sigh of relief as WHO (The World Health Organization) and the CDC announced that they had developed a safe liquid additive to introduce to the nations thousands of drinking water systems. The additive called "A-14" is a non toxic synthetic chemical mixture that neutralizes the Amobea (and any other invasive microorganism) yet is safe for humans to drink and bath with.
The Obama administration applauded the cooperation of Federal and local government during this crisis, stating "This is what makes our country great. In time of great crisis we respond quickly and work together."
This reporter, however has a few questions as to how this was accomplished so quickly after the reported outbreaks. How did the CDC develop an additive so quickly? What type of trial testing was done with this "A-14" chemical and where? Was the government and its agencies aware of this issue earlier than previously thought? If so, why wasn't the public notified of this public safety danger sooner?
When asked to comment, CDC officials would only say that sufficient A-14 research and testing had been implemented in the Central NY region several months prior to the rapid rise in related deaths. It is unclear whether state and local governments were aware of such testing.

9/12/2011: Utica, NY
With the cresting rivers and estuaries receding; one would think all would be returning to normal in the small Upstate NY community of Utica, NY.
Instead, something horrible of unknown origin is happening to it's residents. Local health clinics and hospitals have been flooded with people of all ages, all reporting the same, bizarre symptoms.
High Fever, dizziness, and severe headaches are amongst some of what has been reported. Strange lesions on the skin and uncontrollable nasal bleeding are also occuring as the patient's conditions worsen.
The cause of this massive outbreak in such an isolated area remains a mystery. In fact, even the cause of the outbreak is also unknown at this point. Unfortunately, there are a lot of sick people and not very many answers. City streets were unusually quiet for rush hour in Utica this morning; as many people fear going out of the house, or are ill themselves.
City Hall is expected to hold a press conference on this developing story later today. |

Today the infamous whistle blowing website WIKIleaks released several pages of The United States Center for Disease Control's (CDC's)internal transmissions. These communications were regarding the development and testing of the highly praised "A-14" additive that brought the US back from teetering at the edge of an unprecedented water contamination epidemic. The contents of the intercepted communication regarding the "A-14 Cure" are possibly more unsettling than the cause, at least for residents of a small city in Upstate NY.

Could this be the direct reason for the rash outbreak of terrifying symptoms in the Utica area, that local officials have passed off as a flu outbreak? Yet City, State and Federal officials continue to remain quiet on this issue! FOOD DRIVE INFORMATION
Just as a reminder: This year we are asking that everyone participating donate 1 item of non perishable food, either Pet or Human Food for admission to the walk. (If you can't, come on down anyways, we'll still let you participate)
There are many families and pets in need out there, and this is a great way to help out the community. Pet items such as toys, blankets, kitty litter, ect. are also acceptable. All items will be donated to the Food Bank of CNY and the Stevens Swan Humane Society of Oneida County.
Let's show Utica how much we care!

9/19/2011 DEVELOPING STORY:
There are reports streaming in of massive numbers of military personnel, trucks, and equipment being transported into the area of central NY. Various eyewitnesses have reported convoys of a hundred or more military vehicles headed eastbound on the NYS Thruway from Ft. Drumm. It's estimated that at least twenty five to thirty thousand troops are currently in transit to Central NY.
In Rome, residents are reporting hundreds of cargo planes as well as transport and fighter helicopters landing at the former Griffiss Air Force base.
Although Federal and State officials have stated the activity is a "Routine Defense Drill", some residents of Upstate NY are not convinced. Considering the recent news of black op tampering with the Hinckley Resevoir water supply and a massive Flu outbreak in Oneida County, they have a really good reason to be suspicious.
The CDC refutes the WIKIleaks link that was posted on the whistle blowing website; calling it "Completely fabricated, and sensationalist". |

9/23/2011: BREAKING NEWS
In one unprecedented and unexpected fell swoop, the Federal Government has issued and carried out a quarantine and media blackout of the greater Utica area. All roads in and out of Utica NY are now closed, and patrolled by the Army/National Guard with various checkpoints set up. The troops, in full bio hazard suits are reportedly authorized to use deadly force to anyone trying to get out, or into Utica.
Relatives and loved ones desperately trying to reach family and friends in the city have found that all communications, including internet, cell phone/land line service, and mail service have been blacked out, despite being against FCC regulations to do so.(nod of the hat to Brandon on this one for the idea.. lol)
From the closest view point allowed access, atop the highest point in Herkimer County, Fairfield NY; black plumes of smoke can be seen rising from the area. Whether this is attributed to a set of structure fires or to rioting is unclear. Virtually nothing substantial can be confirmed following the government's surprise shut-down of the area.
The CDC released an official statement saying "A very serious health hazard has been identified in the metropolitan area of Utica. The quarantine and media blockage has been issued to keep the peace, and not to incite panic in the North East; and in the city of Utica. This is our organization's purpose; when there is an immediate threat, we identify and neutralize the threat to stabilize the region."
The White House issued a statement as well at a press conference today regarding the unfolding circumstances. "Our hearts go out to those within the quarantine area; and rest assured those trying to communicate with the residents of Utica, they are safe and are being treated appropriately. We cannot rule out the scenario that this is a Biochemical terrorist attack. The communication blackout, which is indeed within our powers granted to us via the Patriot Act.. (is) to ensure that any potential terrorists will not be able to leave the site of the potential attack, nor communicate with their networks. Please remain calm and patient, and let the Government do it's job."

It has now been revealed that the cause of the biological crisis unfolding in the quarantined Utica NY was indeed our own Government's reckless chemical testing on it's own people. Several independent sources have verified this, and we firmly stand behind this statement.
One source, who does not wished to be named for fear of his/her life; stated: "There were multiple tests done in numerous cities. They needed a solution to halt the Amoebic blossom within the nation's water supply, and they were willing to risk their own citizen's lives in order to maintain a perception of being in control..."
"...The A-13 solution was flawed and only slightly effective. It was intended to stop the reproduction of the Naegleria Fowleri. Instead it merely sedated the amoeba, and caused it to mutate.
That is when the CDC scrapped the A-13 solution and moved on to an effective A-14 chemical additive. Now, we are left with a new form of Amoebic Menengitis that seems to be contagious, spreading and reproducing rapidly. It's unpredictable; acting in a way that has never been seen before by science. The CDC is scared. WHO (World Health Organization) is scared. The UN are scared. No one is supposed to know this. I am only speaking out in the hope that someone will do something! The city of Utica has been used as a laboratory rat! Now their citizens are all sick! Everyone! THAT is why there is a quarantine, THAT is why there is a media blackout, not any type of terrorist attack, or false flag event as the government will make it appear."
This media reporter is speechless. No words can describe the wrenching feeling in my gut at this moment. Could our own government be the cause of the apocalypse? No word from the quarantined zone, or from anyone within. The military checkpoints are increasing, as daily more and more troops arrive in CNY.
I can tell you one thing. It looks less like they are preparing to fight the Spanish Influenza, and more like they are preparing for all out war. What is going on inside Utica? What is the Military so afraid of? Only time will tell..

BREAKING NEWS: 9/28/2011
The crisis in Utica NY has now worsened. Eyewitness reports from the established military checkpoints have the internet buzzing. Multiple shots have been fired upon what seems to be infected civilians attacking the military barricades and patrols surrounding the quarantine zone.
No official word has been released regarding shots fired; however reports are that the infected are mentally insane due to either the conditions within the quarantine or the infliction itself. They appear to be charging to barricades, not stopping even after several rounds of bullets are shot into them. They apparently are acting violent; attacking the soldiers with their bare hands, biting and clawing. Their actions are described as "inhuman" and "murderous". Blood is reportedly flowing from the infected mouths, ears, and eyes, and they do not respond to any verbal communication. Several injured military personnel have been med-evacuated by helicopter to an undisclosed location, which we believe is Griffiss Air Force Base in Rome.
It is now a major concern to all of us as to whether the barricades will hold; and what the result of a breach would be for the surrounding area.
Whether this is a symptom of the infliction or an act of desperation remains unclear. A state of martial law has been declared in New York. No one is allowed on the roads, or out of the their homes. It is reported that anyone caught breaking this curfew will be arrested and detained.

9/29/2011 : (Off the reporter's personal blog; As all media communications has been blacked out in New York State.)
Today I saw the devil in person. My associated press colleagues and I were covering the blockade on Route 49 near Rome. The roads were dead. No one is out. Everyone smart enough to know what is good for them have already fled the area. We got as close as the military would allow. Maybe a mile from the border. Automatic machine gun shots can be heard in the distance, non stop. Tall stacks of smoke billow in the distance. Radios are buzzing and cracking on the soldiers from the front line. We were pushed back another 3 miles now since yesterday, almost to the Rome city limits. Swarms of Medivac helicopters echo overhead. Everyone is in biohazard suits, Gas masks, jesus it looks like a f!cking video game out here. This can't be real. Not here.
There had been talk of the infection not being contained; as the poor victims of the Utica water experiment are now something else.. something not human. Amoebic Meningitis looks like the common cold compared to this monstrosity. Yesterday when I was closer, I saw a construction worker; afflicted, charge a group of armed soldiers and jump on one with uncanny force. It mauled him. His buddies tried to help, but only ended up blasting their friend to high hell. This thing just kept on coming.
I was close enough to get it on camera.. but too close. It looked at me; with one death glazed-glare; eyes bleeding a purple substance.. I knew I needed to get the f!ck out of there. We ran towards our van, but not fast enough. The infected man grabbed my leg, and bit down with the veracity of a beaten dog.. It was pure rage and anger. I slammed the van door on it and we sped off.
The wound isn't too bad; he barely broke the skin.. yet I am left wondering what my fate will be. It seems that I have began to catch a fever. I have the sweats. My heart is racing.. and I'm hallucinating. We're in Rome now; and I'm not sure if we will be moved soon. I wanted to write this my family and friends; that if I don't make it out of this war zone, know that someone was reporting the TRUTH. Not some twisted lie that a man in a tie feeds the public about a "Biological Terrorist Attack". Know the real story. Know and remember the day that Utica came back... From the Dead.
