Yeah those mofos run fast as hell. Then again, all I do with it is FL Studio, VirtualDJ, League of Legends, audio conversion, and some other random crap involving doing a few things at once.
One thing that sorta confused me first time around was putting the processor chip in. I didn't know you had to apply force on the little handle to get the processor in the socket... I was afraid it'd break. Luckily it's working fine. Also putting the CPU fan in was by far the most time consuming and difficult part of the process. |

the stock clips on intel cpu heatsinks are notorious for breaking... take the time to look up and find a rosewill or other 2nd market cpu heatsink as it's only a matter of time... |

ok now, yes this was true in the athlon xp v pentium 4 days but every goddamn cpu on the market now be it from intel, amd, via, samsung etc has automatic thermal protection |

Studio All I have is a POS Dell mini 10V laptop with FL Studio 9. The 1GB of RAM is incredibly versatile (insert sarcasm here)
DJ Old ass Numarks that I haven't used in 3 years cause I never have a place to put them Numark Matrix 3 mixer (Crossfader is missing the lil plastic piece)
All in all it's a pretty stellar setup. |
